Recently, Guizhou Tuoyuan announced that its miniature electronic sensing components have achieved large-scale mass production and launched customized products tailored for VR/AR devices, foldable-screen smartphones, and smart wearable devices. Thanks to their advantages such as miniaturization, high precision, and low power consumption, these components have successfully entered the supply chains of leading consumer electronics companies including Luxshare Precision and Goertek, helping to create immersive experiences in consumer electronics products and aligning with the current trend toward high-end and intelligent consumer electronics.

Currently, the consumer electronics market is undergoing a high-end transformation. VR/AR devices, foldable-screen smartphones, and smart wearable devices have emerged as new growth drivers, continuously boosting demand for miniature electronic sensing components. Data shows that China’s consumer electronics market reached approximately 1.98 trillion yuan in 2024 and is projected to reach 2.12 trillion yuan by 2026. Among these, the consumer electronics sector represents the largest application market for sensors, with a scale of 86.21 billion yuan, accounting for 23.7%. Among these, the miniature pressure sensor can be embedded in the hinge of foldable smartphones, enabling real-time detection of screen opening and closing angles and forces. This prevents excessive bending that could damage the screen, thereby extending the device’s lifespan and meeting the current market trend toward “lightweight and durable” foldable smartphones. Additionally, the miniature Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), integrated into VR/AR devices, can precisely track head movements and limb gestures with a response latency as low as 1 millisecond, ensuring seamless synchronization between virtual environments and human body motions and significantly enhancing the user’s immersive experience.
Meanwhile, the micro-biological sensing sensors developed by Guizhou Tuoyuan have undergone an upgrade and iteration, making them compatible with wearable devices such as smartwatches and fitness trackers. These sensors can simultaneously monitor multi-dimensional health data—including heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and sleep quality—while improving temperature measurement accuracy to ±0.1℃ and reducing power consumption by 20%, thus meeting users’ needs for long-term wear and precise monitoring. In response to the industry trend of declining smartphone volumes but rising prices globally by 2026, Guizhou Tuoyuan is strategically positioning itself in the high-end consumer electronics sensor component market, helping terminal manufacturers develop differentiated products and enhance their core competitiveness. Currently, orders for this series of micro-sensor components are steadily growing. Going forward, Guizhou Tuoyuan will continue to expand application scenarios in the consumer electronics sector, driving the advancement of micro-sensor components toward greater integration, lower power consumption, and higher precision.
